Your rental period will vary depending on when you rent the wetsuit, the shipping method you choose, and whether or not you purchase additional weeks with your wetsuit. A basic rental is intended to cover one weekend event but can easily be extended (see below).
When will you ship my wetsuit?
We ship all suits out 2 Wednesdays before your event weekend or within 48 hours of placing your order - whichever is later. This is your Ship Date (not arrival date).
How long will the suit take to reach me?
You can estimate how long the suit will take to reach you on the color-coded map shown below.
Begin counting the day after your suit is scheduled to ship. If it's scheduled to ship on Wednesday, then Thursday is Day 1...
Expedited shipping options are available and can significantly decrease transit time.
When is to due back?
We expect suits to be post-marked for their return trip no later than Wednesday following your event (unless you've purchased additional post-event rental time). Because shipping times vary depending on your location in the country and chosen shipping method, we don't set a hard return deadline.
